The club are delighted to welcome new owner of Hatfield Town Football Club, Marce Collington! He has given his thoughts down below...
"Firstly, I would like to say thank you for all the support shown to me since I took over the club. I am delighted to be the new Chairman of Hatfield Town Football Club and will also take on the role of interim manager for the first team. My vision is to bring a winning mentality and hunger to the club, changing the club ethos to achieve league and cup success.
There are a few people I would like to thank for the smoothness of this transition including Dan Watt, Ted Collie, Sam Collington, Dan Hedges, Kelly Vinall, Lewis Johnson, Elbert Carter, Noel Sritharan, Vennecia Yethman, Karl Onwere, and all of the coaches in the youth academy.
We are already seeing the signs of our new play style being implemented into the team and this will continue to be implemented and developed from the first team right down to the youth. We will be looking to end the season on a high, pushing to win our
remaining fixtures and regrouping for next season, when we will also reveal our new kit and club badge!
